General Terms and Conditions

EXTRA BEDDING

CHILDREN
The Hotel allows a child up to 6 years of age to stay for free using the existing bedding. Baby cribs are provided upon request and subject to availability. Guest above the age of 12 are considered as adults by the Hotel.

EXTRA BEDDING
An extra bed for a third occupant is allowed for chargeable per night, unless stated in the specific rate plan.

ROOM OCCUPANCY
The total number of guests s in a room, including children, shall not exceed the maximum number of occupants permitted as per following

Deluxe Room              :      up to 2 persons
Junior  Room             :      up to 3 persons
Family Room             :      up to 4 persons
Presidential Room    :      up to 6 persons

For any questions or clarifications regarding the Hotel's Maximum Occupancy Policy, our staff will be happy to provide all required details. Please also note that the Hotel reserves the right to refuse entry to any additional guest exceeding the maximum occupancy allowed for that room type.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT POLICIES

AGE REQUIREMENT
Guests must be 18 years or older with photo identification to check-in. Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of stay. The Hotel reserves the right to check photo identification.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT TIME
Unless otherwise stated in the specific rate plan terms & conditions, check-in time is after 2 p.m. and check-out time is 12 p.m. For early arrival before 2 p.m., it is recommended to pre-book the room one day in advance with a full day charge. The Hotel may accommodate late check-out after 12 p.m. subject to room availability.

IDENTIFICATION REQUIRED
As per the Saudi Arabia governmental regulations and in the interests of security and to prevent fraud, at the time of check-in, guests would be required to confirm their identity by providing their booking reference, their .passport/identity card.

GENERAL POLICIES

PARKING
Any losses or harm to vehicles left in the hotel's parking lots by visitors or guests is not the hotel's liability. The hotel just provides parking; it disclaims any liability for any damage that may be incurred to guests' cars or any items left within.

DAMAGE TO HOTEL PROPERTY
The Hotel reserves the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage or soiling, caused by accidental, deliberate, negligent or reckless act of the guest to the Hotel's property or structure.

PETS
The Hotel maintains a strict no-pets policy. however certain Exceptions pre-arrival can be offered to our guests.

PROHIBITED ITEMS
The following items are not permitted in the Hotel premises:

Animals of any kind.*
Flammable, explosive or otherwise hazardous materials.*
Objects of an unusually large size or in unusually large quantities. *
Articles related to use in gambling, prostitution, smuggling or other illicit activity.*
*Illegal drugs or other articles, the possession of which is prohibited by the laws of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia .

Any guest found in possession of an item that is prohibited can be refused entry by the hotel. In case of committing any act in violation of the Saudi laws. All legal responsibility, losses, damages and expenses resulting from these items, whether financial or otherwise, are the sole liability of the guests.

VISITORS
In the interest of your well-being and security, all visitors are required to register at the Front Desk and are requested to leave guest rooms by 11.00 p.m.

HEALTH AND WELL-BEING POLICIES

EXCESSIVE NOISE AND PARTIES
To ensure all guests enjoy the comfort and safety of the facilities we offer, the Hotel upholds a strict zero tolerance policy towards commotion, excessive noise and parties. Any person found to be on our premises creating excessive noise, having a party, exceeding the numbers of permitted guests or otherwise causing a disturbance will be requested to leave the hotel without refund.

INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR
Should any action by a guest towards our staff or someone else, be deemed inappropriate by the Hotel, or if any inappropriate behavior is brought to attention, the Hotel reserves the right, after the allegations have been investigated, to take action against the guest which may result in, but not limited to, being asked to leave without a refund for any services incurred.

SMOKING
To promote health and a safe environment, the hotel forbids smoking on all hotel premises, including guest rooms. The hotel may charge guests for replacements or repairs necessary as a result of smoking-related offenses.

PAYMENT POLICIES

PAYMENT
Our hotel accepts cash payments as well as debit (Mada) and/or credit (Master Card/Visa) card payments. Aside from Saudi Riyals, American Dollars, Euros, and/or Emirates Dirhams are also accepted.

CREDIT CARD PRE-AUTHORISATION
If you are using your credit card to guarantee your room reservation, the Hotel may hold an amount on your credit card prior to arrival. For non-refundable bookings, prepayment will be charged to your card prior to your arrival.

DEPOSITS
ROOM CHARGES
For online bookings made through the Hotel website, unless stated in individual rate plan terms and conditions, a deposit equivalent to the first night room charge shall be deducted from the credit card upon completion of booking. No refund shall be made if your reservation is cancelled or modified within 48 hours prior to check-in date.

INCIDENTAL CHARGES
For all reservations, the Hotel requires a deposit for incidental charges upon check-in. Deposit may be placed in cash or on a credit card at check-in time. For deposit using credit card, pre-authorization by the Hotel is required.

THIRD-PARTY BOOKING SOURCES
In the case of cancellation or modifications to reservations made through sources other than directly with the Hotel or the Hotel website, the Hotel recommends that guests first contact their source of booking for assistance before approaching Hotel staff.
